Hi there! I’m Hana, a New York-based yoga instructor, with a passion for nature and movement. I began practicing yoga as a tool to manage my anxiety and through the practice have found great healing in the service of teaching and sharing the practice with others. My teaching style is centered around empathy, self-compassion, spirituality, and playfulness. In my classes, I strive to help my students feel safe, to tune into their bodies, to build confidence and be adventurous in their practice, but also to feel grounded and let go. I am passionate about making yoga accessible, serving others, and building community with love and acceptance. Off the mat, you can usually find me spending time outside with my dog or catching waves at the beach as I recently discovered a deep passion for surfing.
